whats it called? there was a game like this but on miniclip, no flips or anything, but i cant remember what it was called, and it was on miniclip!

I know what game that is I just don't remember the name of the game either xD I think it was just Soccer Cars or something like that. Did you try searching the website for tags relating to car soccer? (Not sure if tags will work, I haven't been on miniclip in years).
