Why dont i have pearlescent?

So i have type-s and i have seen very nice paints on other type s cars and i found out its from pearlescent or that other mettalicpearl one. do i not have those because i am on PC? because i can seem to find them

Some of the paint types are from DLC content. Im not sure which pack specificaly has the paints you are suggesting, but I have all DLC besides Batmobile and Delorean. Pretty sure I have all th epaint types un-locked.

i found it, supersonic fury has both paints

You should get the Supersonic DLC. It comes with Dominus, a top tier car.
