I got to diamond last season and I get no rewards at all

Not for every gamemode no

do you understand, that when you got to the diamond season reward level, you have to win 12 games WHILE in diamond to unlock the actual rewards?

I got placed somewhere in gold, i played a tonne, I know i played alot in diamond too because i was stuck there for ages

You have to win 12 matches for every single rank, for Diamond you would have to win around 60 matches to unlock it, also, players that were boosted or were boosting others won't get their rewards.

being told the exact same thing doesnt help, i know i have met the requirements to have these bloody rewards

Either it doesn't show the right stats or you played just a handfull of matches and got to gold 2 but not dia. Are you talking about another account?

The other option could be that you maybe got boosted or you boosted someone? Then it could happen that you got detected and that means no rewards for you.

I didnt play with anyone, the only time I played with someone was a good teammate of equal skill level

Stats don't show any games played for S5. I've enver seen that before. Sure you played during season 5? I dunno maybe you were Identfied as being boosted. Not much to info there to go on but whats there looks like a silver/gold player and not a diamond.

I just checked the link he sent, (didnt see it before). Is that website known to be accurate, the stats i see here (even just the main stats like goals scored and stuff) don't match up with the ingame stats
