How to get animated banners ?

The ones with the dragons were season rewards, the rest you have to unlock just by playing games.

Me too, but I'm still getting some new banners. I'm sure over time you should eventually get them.

If you trade up your common items you will eventually get animated ones. I got a pizza animated banner.

Common items can't be trade-up. Animated banners are rare or very rare, so you can't see them locked.
