Octane ZSR: Funny Book Decal

What people mean without ever stating it is that octane and octane ZRS are two different cars. What's obvious to someone may not be to another.

I thought there being a totally diff car than my standard Octane was the reason... anyone know how to get the ZSR? Don't see it in the showroom, unless I'm totally blind.

it drops from a crate or you have to trade for it (trading for it is easier)

Too bad I opened it with the christmas key that doesnt allow me to trade the decal lol rip.
