But I'm not great at wall drags, so maybe I'm not the right one to give advice here. Typical wall shots are pretty easy doing it this way tho.
That being said flying sideways is useful sometimes situationally so it's worth learning imo. An easy way to practice is to do aerial training or an aerial training pack and air roll to a sideways orientation as soon as you finish your launch and do both sideways orientations for each shot. Eventually it just becomes second nature the same as flying backwards/upside down.
It might also be helpful to focus on one side at a time but personally I prefer alternating, ymmv.
