While support teams can prove to be frustrating, keep in mind that these people deal with hundreds upon hundreds of reports on the daily.

WHAT IS IT YOU ARE HAVING A PROBLEM WITH?
My problem is that I had big issued with the game. I couldn't even play it. And when I tried to contact the support team for help after reinstalling the game 5 times, the only answer I got from the was to reinstall it. And they told me that in 4 messages, even if I told them I already did that. Apart from being completely useless the support didn't even take his time to read what i wrote. Cause I said: I already reinstalled it.
No matter what your problem is, you need to solve it alone, cause the RL support is completely useless.
And I can't understand how a big company like psyopnix tolerates having such a "competent" support while it's earning millions from people buying the game.
A good and helpful support ist the minimum thing you should get when paying 20 euros for a game!
