[Guide] Rocket League on HP Low End Laptop (40-49 Frames Stable)

So ive been testing how to run Rocket League on my Low end and ive managed to get a Stable 40-49 Frames [FPS] Heres my Current Laptop

HP Pavilion [Windows 10]
Graphics Card: Intel(R) HD 4000
Ram: 4GB Quad Core [Quad core means I have 4 Cores very common in Destop Gaming Rigs]
Processor: x4 Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-3130M CPU @ 2.60GHz (I have 4 of these Processors in my Laptop)

Resolution: 640x400 8:5
Window Mode: Boarderless

World Textures: High Performace
World Detail: Performace
Anti-Alias: Off
Render Quality: High Quality ( So your Game doesnt look Pixalated)
High Quality Shaders: Unchecked
Ambiant Occlusion: Unchecked
Deph of Field: Unchecked
Bloom: Unchecked
Light Shafts: Unchecked
Lense Flares: Unchecked
Dynamic Shadows: Unchecked
Motion Blur: Unchecked
Weather Effects: Unchecked
Transparent Goal-Posts: Unchecked

Follow my steps and youll be playing the game at 40-49 Frames Per secound Stable and i hope this helped someone with a Simular Laptop Like mine.
