what's the point of this category then???
People tend to try and 1v3 the game, chase every ball, ignore rotation, and when their team loses (big shock) they also become toxic. Happens on bronze-plat, and even diamond (and from what I've seen of Scrubkilla solo queueing, he does this himself, so happens on the highest levels). If you're 1 rank above you can generally carry, but its still not very enjoyable.
I recommend finding a team mate (or 2) around your skill level instead of solo queueing.
You could add "LFT" to your name, or offer people you enjoyed playing with to join you, or just post on Team Recruitment forums (pretty sure there are other ways of finding teammates, so maybe other people can suggest). Once you feel you've become better than them, and they don't improve, find new team mates.
Also, start playing 1v1s and 2v2s instead of 3s, and dedicate some of your playing time to practicing certain skills instead of playing 100% of the time (Kevpert early videos are a good place to start).
Nobody can say you were boosted.
what does LFT stands for?
cheers, i'm going to try that
A better use of your time would be to work on your most pressing issues, which are:
Rotation and Positioning - You improve these by watching pros play, and playing yourself.
Finding Regular Teammates - Already disscussed.
Mechanics - Unless you have 8 hours a day, just playing wont be enough to improve your mechanics, and to learn new ones. You need to make efficient use of your limited time. This means focused practice, which means its good to devote 10-60 mins a day (or more if you can) to practicing. I've had about 1400 hours in this game, just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ about, was about gold3-plat1 (terrible relative to the amount of hours). Once I realized I need to practice specific skills instead of just playing, I quickly got to Diamond3 in 2s, and I'm still improving a lot, every day.
Start watching pros play (Twitch, JohnnyBoi's youtube, etc). Watch Kevpert youtube guides (start from the basic ones, and once you've mastered them move on to the more advanced). IIRC there are nice guides in the BadPanda site as well.
Keyboard vs. Controller - I believe the vast majority of pros use controllers. While that may not mean it will be better for you, it does give a general rule of thumb. Using a controller will probably be better for you in the long run. There are many posts on this topic, so just google it.
If you do get a controller, do whats described here:
