Psyonix plz.
So seeing as:
1 Uncommon = 1 Uncommon (duh!)
1 Rare = 5 Uncommons
1 V. Rare = 25 Uncommons
1 Import = 125 Uncommons
1 Exotic = 625 Uncommons
My inventory is equal to 1 164 Uncommons
3h a day for 2 yrs is 1095h, so according to you, to get 2 exotics it would take 2190h. How come, if I keep getting the same drop ratio, I'll manage it in only 1 303h?

I other words - DON'T SCREW YOURSELF OVER!
Drops can be rare and very rare, which is a massive shortcut.
Let's say that getting 1 drop every 1-2 hours is normal.
1 exotic = 625-1250 hours if it's just uncommon drops.
Your math also doesn't check out if you are adding hours from before June 2016. These items didn't exist then. So you are most likely close to 1k hours or less for your efforts.
That's a little closer to the real number if you shave off 5-25 hours here and there for higher tier drops.
So account for collecting 1 of every item up to the very rare tier (keeping a few extra coloured ones here and there) and then using excess items to trade up to import.... keep a few and then finally trade up to exotic. The average daily player would need a year or 2 to get a few exotics.
You at 56 hours in the last 2 weeks would suggest that you are playing at a rate of a full time job.
That's not your average player.

You can trade-up 625 uncommon painted wheels to get: 125 rare -> 25 very rare -> 5 import -> 1 exotic wheels... which can be like one of the 625, just renamed to "exotic".
Rare and V. Rare drops are indeed a shortcut, but one that is part of the drop system and does drop for everyone.
Exotic Wheels don't care whether you crafted them from only Uncommons or not. :P
So what you are saying is that actual time of getting Exotics is even shorter than what I said? If I gotta shave off the time from before June 2016 then I gotten same amount of items in less amount of time.
And again why would I shave off 5-25h (which I actually think you meant to say I should add those to my playtime) since we established non-uncommon drops count.
My playtime in past 2 weeks is irrelevant since I'm doing math using a total time played which at 1,2k isn't nothing hard, impressive nor demanding seeing as the game been out for quite a while now.

Also just so we're clear here. I never said it was easy to get exotics or anything. I agree it takes a lot, but all I was doing was correcting that guys overexaggerated numbers.
To get the actuall 100% legit odds and numbers we'd have to make everyone do what I did and then average it.
Also wasn't there something like a weekly drop limit? Like you would only get X amount of drops per week and then it would seem like forever till you get another one. I might be making this up but I could swear this was/is a thing.

You got a exotic wheel, a painted variant of a common wheel (as the uncommon ones you drop, but since August 4, they are retired from drops and instead are available as exotic by trade-in 5 painted imports that are variant of common items).
Anyways its a good thing noone should be dumb enough to trade up to exotics. Plus they are super cheap excluding Black Dieci etc.
