help me pls decals not showing up

hey soo when halloween event begin i bought that keys from the event and crates and i unlocked 2 of event crate from the event key and used 1 event key to unlock normal crate and i got ,,octane:deacl and xdevil decal and breakout decal , when i go to garage and customize car let said i was use octane and i gone for octane decals i cant see that decal,same to the xdeval and the breakout i dont know ,,maybe the event keys is fake ,, ye but when i go to garage and to manage inventory i see i have the decals in the inventory but cant trade them i know about event key unable to trade but it should be able to equip pls help me :Sad:

Which crate did you open? Maybe you got the decal for the import car (Octane ZSR)?

If you got Octane ZSR decal, you can only equip it on Octane ZSR, not Octane.
