On the store page it has minimum requirements, compare yours to them.

You mean "it can barely run GTA V"? Hmm, I highly doubt Rocket League can't give you this much trouble. It seems your computer isn't cooperating with the game.

What gaming rig? Do you own another computer?

In all seriousness: yes, it will likely run Rocket League at 1366x768, but not well. Your integrated graphics processor doesn't meet the minimum GPU requirement.

I saw videos tho of my laptop running the game and it runs over 60 fps constantly. Game debate is inaccurate.

u can run it easily, i used to get fps drops on my ♥♥♥♥♥ laptop at the aquadome map but i dont think u will have that problem if u do just turn down the graphics

specs

CPU: Intel Core i3 (2nd Gen) 2330M / 2.2 GHz
GPU: Intel HD Graphics 3000
RAM: 8GB (2x4GB)
Display: 720p (1366x768)
I run it on a i3 3240 with an intel hd 2500 when i bought it 1 year ago, and it runs at 40 fps with 4gb of ram ddr2. You can run it easily at 60 fps at lowest settings or low

When I'm at neo tokyo I get like 50 fps and at starbase and wastleland but at all other maps it's like 55_60 depends on what I'm doing

If you understand your system specs and the requirements, then why are you even asking? No, it does not meet the minimum GPU requirement for the game, and integrated graphics solutions are not good for gaming. They're primarily meant for things like web browsing and video playback, not video games.
