Small guide for low end pc-s

Hey guys Im gonna be honest.. this guide is gonna be totally ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.
But i have lenovo G505S. (A really bad laptop), and over the past year ive been playing rocket league ive come across some issues and found fixes for them, hope this guide will popup if you have came across these same issues .. Here we go
1. Lag at every start of the game ( like 10 seconds , High ping,jumping around) = The soltuion for me was enabling UnPn from my router settings, And somehow Alt+Tabbing the game bring this up aswell. So once i stopped alt+tabbing after i allowed UnPN everything seems to be working fine.
2. Low fps ( duh)= For me the best solution has been Everything else on low besides Render quality. ( Turning everything else low will affect the appearnece so its improtant for you to leave Render quality high so you can track the ball movement, if you turn down the render quality you gain like extra 5 -10 FPS, but calcualting where the balls is gonna land/fly is gonna be impossible (for me atleast)).
3. Found this guide online while googling, got my fps from (all low settings ( beside render quality)) ) 40FPS to 65FPS.

Follow the path: Users\YOUR USERNAME\Documents\My Games\Rocket League\TAGame\Config Find " TASystemSettings ". Open it and find the line AllowPerFrameSleep=True Change to AllowPerFrameSleep=False Save TASystemSettings.ini and make it read-only (There are also dynamic lighting etc etc, you can turn all of them from True to false and test out what gains you more FPS)
NB! Make sure after you took your time editing the config go to Properties and tick the " read-only" box. Ohterwise it will just reset it when you open the game .)

4.Rocket league uses IE ( internet explorer ) for some reason. Read it online that updating it will lower the ping for some reason ( it actually did my ping went from 82 (average ) to 44.
