Second MSCVP100.dll is not a folder. It's a file extension of windows that can contain code, data, and blablabla, actually I'm not here to explain this kind of things...
And third looking in google it's easy to find the fix... On Psyonix forums! (who knew they had info there wink wink)
Heres what you can find there:
"Here is the correct way to fix the missing .dll issue if you are running Windows 10:
Open Steam
Right click on Rocket League -> Proeprties
Go to the "Local Files" tab
Click "BROWSE LOCAL FILES"
Open the folder "_CommonRedist"
Open "vcredist"
Open "2010"
For 32 bit windows users, select "vcredist_x64"
For 64 bit windows users (most common), select "vcredist_x86"
When the program comes up, select the bubble that says "Repair", NOT "remove"
This should run the Visual C++ repair that reinstalls the missing .dll.
If this DID NOT work for you, I also had my rocket league AND steam running in administrator from trying those methods before discovering this. You might want to try also doing that. However, running things in administrator mode unnecessarily is a security risk and should not become regular practice. "
