Input Lag, How should I go about fixing it?

So I have this issue, Its not an insane amount of input lag but it is enough to make me want to stop playing. Everything is just a little delayed and I really need a fix. I have tried most of the obvious options, ie. Checking settings, checking controllers deadzone, checking ds4 windows, bettering performance, turning off vsync. Its on my controller aswell as my keyboard so im more than sure its not a hardware issue. This was an issue in season 4 aswell. Need some helpp ((:

do you use wifi? or ethernet?. IF somone is on wifi useing tablet xbox ps4 etc. (IF) your on playing it WILL affect you. It did me. I went ethernet NEVER had lag since. just what i know

Lower your max fps to about 110. If you have your max fps set too high it will cause your inputs to delay

have your ISP run a scan on your internet. maybe change the # like a crystal. some things will affect your wifi is on the same signal. microwave. phone etc.

Try. It using ds4 windows. The game has native PS4 controller support.

There is a setting enabled by default which some people say cause input lag, maybe worth a try.

Go in your documents folder, then My Games/Rocket League/TAGame/Config. Open TASystemSettings with your text editor, find OneFrameThreadLag=True and set it to False.

I did it myself but not sure if there is a big difference or not.

Weird, using ps3 controller here with SCPToolkit, never got delay, or so low that it is barely noticeable.

Maybe try SCPToolkit ?

For anyone coming across this on KBM PC, I disabled Vsync and anti-aliasing and my input lag is gone. I had enabled them yesterday and noticed my moves and mechanic became a lot more incosistent. Disabling both made my keyboard hella responsive again.

Ive had input lag since ive used ps4 controllers and moved to desktop. I reckon its my old cpu letting me down
