i have windows 10 and a nvidia geforece 8600 GT can i run this game?

How much memory does that GPU and your PC have and what CPU do you use? I think pretty much any PC can run the game but it may look very bad. If the lowest setting aren't enough you can go in and edit game files but the game will look really crap

Considering you can get a GTX 560Ti for €50 second-hand, get yourself one of those.
Or if you have more money at your disposal, grab a more recent graphics card. The GTX 750ti is quite nice and should be dirt cheap second-hand.

On garbage settings/resolution... don't try to drag other people down to your level.

you need Broadband Internet connection too i didn have and i cant play it :(
