Is there a fast setting for rumble?

I see that you can increase the charge time to 20 seconds with the slow setting. Is there a way to reduce the charge time? I thought I saw a match on youtube where they had a one second recharge time.

Only in exhibition/private matches.

you can only set up a 1 second rumble match with mods atm it's a little annoying to set up but once you have it it's really fun

Thanks. Is Rocket Launcher still the best way to run mods? It says it is outdated. I am having trouble getting it to work.
