CARS AND BALL SHRUNK?!?!

is it me or did the cars and ball shrink to a smaller visual size. please someone tell me if they see it.

thats what i thought, but even when i looked at the settings they had not changed, also i was driving the Esper, and when i looked at it just normally from behind, it looked a bit smalled and skinnier
