Worst Techincal Support From Psyonix
Its been a week that there have been no reply from Rocketleague support to me. Even i had to start a new ticket for follow up and still there is no reply for them.. Each time i try to update my first ticket all i receive is this message :-
Your case requires additional assessment. We’ve sent your query to a higher level of support for review. We will get back to you as soon as possible with some feedback, typically within 24 - 48 business hours.

Maybe you didnt send your ticket... Psyonix has been answering me for 1 week to solve my problem, with extreme patience... They really do a great work. You shouldn roast them. If you dont like the game, stop playing it.

I wouldn'tbe surprised at all after "only" 1 week. It's still normal in my opinion.

20 days has already passed, Since when i have submitted my request.They told me to do serveral things which i did and gave the result.Past 1 Week there have been no reply from there side. You talk about patience bro? now im out of it honestly :/

Bro My problem is related to conectivity. I use to play the game normally without any issue.
My pings were use to be between 120-180 (Im playing from middle east). Even it use to exceed to 200. But still i was able to play without any issue. After the recent update which was there recently. When i try to join the game, I stuck on joining.

I can see my teammate playing some time or ball moving . But i am stuck in spectate and after like 1 or 2 min i join the game and everything is normal and i can play the game.
Now sometime i do get the connectivity warning and my car starts moving with its own will and i start lagging.

I contacted my ISP as well regarding this. Buts its only Rocket league in which i am facing this issue.

I did sent a ticket properly bro and they have been answering to me. But 1 week ago they told me that my case require additional supports. They told me it might take 24 to 48 hour for a response.
Now its 1 week and there have been no response to my ticket.

So you have no issue or asked in the wrong place - like here.
When I submitted a support ticket to Steam I got a reply within hours.

Not your bro, more like grandpa.
