same here its terrible I think its because of sandbagging. Some people like to lower their rank in order to get easy wins.
The dobules rank you deserve is that rank at which you can no longer single handedly win games. At this point win/loseing depends more so on the other 3 people's skill etc, but that where you belong. Low ranks always complain they should be higher, but its just an excuse. I was placed in silver for every single queue this season, guess how many queues are in silver now.... none. Its people not accepting that they arent as good as they think they are.
One thing I do not understand is why are you in this discussion when what your saying isn't ont he side of helping the original poster? Do you just scroll through discussions and comment on stuff you dont agree on? Im genuinely curious.
I have no problem. because it all comes down to positioning and adapting to your teammate and not just being a ball chaser. But still playing aggressively making plays in the middle of the field. Up your game, and you'll move up. If you stop blaming your teammates you'll quickly realize just how bad you really are....and will then get better. Only then though.
Actually, funnily enough, as a Gold III in 3s and a Gold II in 2s, i have faced Silvers, Golds and Platinums, even a few Diamonds when they are in groups with a Silver and Silver have been the better players than Golds, Platinums, even the Diamonds, if you can believe that.
The whole skill and rank ratio is just messed up, so its very believeable what this OP is saying, now blaming your team mate is not the answer, maybe look into why it happens, because you can be good and so can they and you still lose, its not cause you suck or they suck, you just suck at working together as a team.
I just get annoyed at people who think there teammates are the problem. You have decent mechanics and decent decision making, you can get plat easily. Also, for people saying that they have seen silvers better than diamonds, yet they are in gold, i bet they are strictly basing that off mechanics in which that conclusion is very wrong, as diamonds play the game making decisions much smarter & play mich faster than gold players & below.
I'm in low Diamond in 2v2/3v3 Standard (in 1v1 I'm shet and Solo 3v3 is just too frustrating for me) and I'm often frustrated as well because of my mates, but at the end I must admit that I'm not good enough for a better rank.
Maybe in my best days I'm playing like a Champion (i win most of 50/50s, can do fakes, redirects, airdribbles..) but I'm too inconsistent and another days everything is against me. My car is slower, I miss every shot and I feel nervous you know.
Then I'm mad on my teammates... doesn't help at all. Firstly we all need to keep improving our own skill if we want to be highter.
