How to use animated Decal?

I got following decal: Octane ZSR (no idea what ZSR means): Destortion

is ZSR something i need? i can't find it under decals

You could get an Octane ZSR for a key or maybe even less.

Where though? people seem to always want more than the item actually costs,some dude wanted 6 turbo crates for 1 key and insulted me when i said that was too much

you need to have the Octane ZSR in order to use the distortion ZSR skin. Sorry to break it to you my man :(

Type "Octane ZSR" in search option in trading forum. I've found at least 2 offers of Octane ZSR for one Turbo Crate ~hour ago, so try your luck.

If you can't find anything now, try again after ~1 hour.
