How would you save Tiny Mita?

I would carry her when jumping out the window and bring her to Cappy so Cappy could take care of her. Or maybe Mila after she rebooted.

I believe (or at the very least sincerely want to) that the Game Core is much more powerful of a rebooter than just build-in Mitas' reboot, so that could work...
I also agree with the other commentator that maybe some smart Mitas could at least fix her themselves

The thing is you can't from how the game explains things. If she dies for any reason she will be sent back to her version and rebooted. There is no escape beyond the mercy of crazy Mita allowing you to exist. A thing she didn't let happen, she killed tiny Mita so many times out of jealousy that she is permanently disfigured despite reboots. This assumes it's possible to permanently delete a Mita if you kill her enough times.

if Mila rebooted, would she be Mila, that's my question, even kind said that Cappie completely changed once rebooted. kind is likely the best as even in factory reboot she is the most maternal. but yeah, leaving her because its all you can do, sucked.
