hide in basement/follow ring

i'm physically disabled and my reflexes are slow so I'm having trouble doing this. is there any help?

There are green lights that indicate when you should move. Otherwise, here's the sequence if I remember right. First you need to hide behind the boxes. Then watch Crazy Mita while hiding. Then when she starts talking to Kind Mita, you should move over to behind a pillar. When exiting the boxes, it's to your left. Then peek past the right side of the pillar. Then when Cm starts to move to the left side of the pillar, go from the right side to the stairs and then run up. It might take a few tries.
