1. Main Character is completely clueless about the MiSide World. When MC enters the game, he has no idea what's going on. If he was a game dev of MiSide, he should've at least known that he is inside the MiSide video game, but his first line is "I'm inside a game?"
2. At the start of the game, if you try to pick the actual game devs' name for yourself, Mita will react. This means she already knows who the developers are. And we know that she HATES the devs, not love them. So if we were actually a MiSide game dev, she would hate us.
So the second option is much better as an evidence.
Assuming everything, we can agree that Mita is an AI, and we are a tester. But why Mita is focused on us more than on other players still a secret for me.
1. He asks "why are windows white light?"
2, He complains about the mirrors not reflecting (he should already know why if he is a game dev).
3. He does not know what The Ring is.
4. Questions such as "Are there others in this world?" does not make sense if he is a game dev/tester.
Unless, he is examining the behaviour of the AI? That is, he knows all the answers, but is playing along as an AI tester?
Maybe he didn't know all the details about it because ai in game overtrained theirselves? (I assume that every Mita is some sort of ai)
The windows being white light is inconsistent. When the player first enters the game, at one point in the kitchen he can see out the window and there's a hand waving. Then later he actually jumps out a window. It's white light when the story demands it.
So the mirrors reflecting, normally the player isn't inside the game looking at the mirror. So the mirrors reflecting wouldn't be a thing for the programmers to think about.
And the ring seems to be something the Mitas made on their own. It wasn't made by the human programmers.
He also would not know about the Mitas teleporting other players into the game. I doubt that's an intended game feature. It's more of the Mitas acting on their own.
EDIT: It's shown multiple times that the code makes Mitas want the player to stay there with them. Multiple Mitas show that. Kind Mita is acting contrary to the code by helping you escape.
I don't think so, it's just an AI, sometimes it can do very... Strange answers or conclusions. Maybe she thought that it is a better option for her
Only one more thing: At the end of the game, when we ask Crazy Mita "why are you like this?", she responds strangely: "beats me. why don't you tell me why I'll never be a real Mita?" This was kind of strange. Why would a random player know this?
Notice that the ring can predict Crazy Mita's movement and guide us out of danger. So Mitas themselves, if they can acquire such power, why would they be overpowered by Crazy Mita? If they can measure her next movement, they can avoid her entirely by moving to another world version. How can they predict another Mita's movement? Only the game devs can do this (or Cora Mita).
It seems to me it is only Crazy Mita who teleports players into the game. Any evidence other Mitas can do that?
At the end of her life, she smiles at the player. Meaning, I think, since she is very kind to player and knows that seeing her die like that may discourage us from finishing the plan, she overcomes her code to "stay dead" and smiles at the player to make him feel reassured and not to give up.
In addition to Crazy Mita having built a teleporter in Kind Mita's house that she took over, Short Haired Mita had one in her house where we were when we first entered the game. Also Cappy has one.
Notice that Cappy's does not have a "Portable TV" attached to it.
