This is a Remake/Remaster right?

So lets get this straight, It's a remake/remaster but we have the following..

1) Mall is still segmented, I would've thought a seamless mall would be top priority for a remake/remaster of this scale.
2) New voices, TJ is not reprising his role and Brads is just laughable. Why not just use the previous voice lines?
3) Franks Model doesn't look great, he looks older.
4) New outfits have clipping issues on Frank.
5) Yellow arrow on the boxes for Carlito boss fight.
6) No Erotic photos which were part of a survivor quest and psycho quest.
7) Removal of Cliff's backstory which added weight to his character.
8) Larry was white washed (It's okay as long as we do it?..)
9) No mirror reflections.
10) Leveling up is too fast from reports from prior preview builds (hopefully this is fixed before release)
11) Gun sfx sound dull.

Besides better graphics, a staircase for the safe house and a blender in the safe room what are we getting in this?

That one is really funny - because last week I noted someone was like "they are there because some players wouldn't know you can go up there" and mentioned that their impression at first was you fight him from below with the handguns from Jessi + Brad (which is understandable for some I guess as they do both get handed to you in cut-scenes right before).

When I mentioned that you can indeed go up there though, and fighting Carlito with the katana puts him down in 3/4 hits in moments if you don't get kicked; suddenly it was a "Beginners Trap" form of yellow paint because "not everyone will know to grab the katana first".

Blatant misinformation. You can see functional mirrors in the bathrooms and it's tied to graphical settings.

Bruh Resident Evil 3 Remake is exactly the reason why I'm skeptical of this remake.

re3 remake was only what it was because the A team were working on re4 remake.

This is where the problems all lie. They allow this, and that, and then this, and more, and then this itself becomes the excuse for further sloppiness, and disrespect, and cuts, and more, and more, all to protect the companies they let do it to them, it's depressing to watch, yeah.
