I'm on a 3070 also playing on an ultrawide monitor and it runs great, just tweak your settings slightly until it runs better

It's not just him, engine's doing wacky things. I've got a 3080 and a 13700 k and after about 20 minutes the frame rate will tank to like 15 to 20. Engine's definitely tied to frame rate cuz it slows down when the performance recovers. The game goes in a double time for a second. Dlss does absolutely nothing for performance for me either

Naw, if other people people have smooth frame rates like me it is most defiantly a you/computer setting problem. Not your raw computer power with your card but setting wise you might have something you shouldn't.
