Well, you will be able to play it at midnight on the release day, since it releases before then for most people. I think people are forgetting this game's release date is September 19th, not September 18th.

TIME ZONES..... jesus.

Uk PC players will get it at 1am which will be the 19th. US PT time PC players will get it at the same time but it will be 8pm on the 18th for them because this is how midnight releases work with TIME ZONES.

ALL CONSOLES will release at midnight. With the exception of Los Angeles.

This is why the dates are fluctuating.

I'm sorry to hear that brother: I can feel your pain thru the screen here. I prepurchased the game, and at 9:10am (US EST), the Steam store page for Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster says:

"Coming Sep 18, 2024"
"This game plans to unlock in approximately 10 hours"

Unlike alot of other people, my tracker has been working properly since earlier in the morning (night). So seems like a evening launch here in the states, earlier in the evening for PDT and around 7:00 pm here on the East-Coast US.

It should have launched at midnight because I feel for anyone who took the day off (wasted a sick or vacation day) and feel like they got yanked around or something. But thats how these Japanese game launches too often go; and atleast it will be out this evening, so hopefully you have a few hours to put into it before bed.

Sorry about your wasted day off, maybe spend the time playing something else or getting some much needed stuff done until this evening? Much love to ya brother.

Yeah that's the plan! Guess I'll do some baking. Thankfully I took off a couple more days so it's not a complete waste. You know I seemed to remember that about Japanese game releases but it completely left my mind for this one. This evening is gonna be so fun!

They DID say it releases the 19th. The 19th of September is the game's release date and always has been the game's release date. It's not Capcom's fault you can't read.
