correct me if I'm wrong, but her sexuality was never stated nor confirmed, just implied. The only thing we know for sure is that she was sexually harassing women and killed previous hostages or people whom tried to rescue the hostages from Jo

Either way, Jo's sexuality was never thrusted at us. She is simply a psycho who turned to sexually harassing people. Now I don't think that warrants an LGBT+ tag, considering she was present in the game for less than 2 minutes

I think her trying to shoot a male survivor to death (and leaving him grievously injured) while attempting to abduct his girlfriend tips the scales quite a bit.

Reminds me of IRL male serial killers who do the same thing, for much the same purpose.

Why would LGBTQ want to own that 'representation' in a game tag tho lol. That's something someone on 4-chan would design to make resetera ree + phatphobic cos she's fat (old Capcom based). I think they'll tone her down hard especially any harrasment, probably change it to criminal men being harrassed or whatever they think dampens the ree, or just remove that aspect altogether.

Lots of 'wait and see' with this game.

most of the cutscene censorship has been china-related (no more communism, and larry looks less yellow) but other than that, all of the sexual stuff in the cutscenes have not been changed, hell the isabella cutscene where frank mounts her looks even more suggestive with the licker cutscene, i think jo's untouched.

Just cos the people who should have issue with it are willing to ignore it (selective enforcement of their convictions) doesn't mean that, on paper, it's not something that's 'problematic'. People complained the original Ursula made fat people look bad in the little mermaid because they said it's fatphobic to associate fat with being a villain, Germany recently requested Gab to give up the identity of a German account who labelled politician Ricarda Lang 'fat'.

The situation is actually funny if they keep everything with no chanegs at all, I think they'll change the sexual harassment angle somehow.

kay's still tied down the same way tho, so i'd doubt they'd have changed the dialogue for the scene considering the animations would then make no sense if they did.
