Und so sollte es auch sein. Was viele nicht verstehen ist das eine fehlende USK Einstufung nur bedeutet das es nicht öffentlich verkauft werden darf. Man darf es aber besitzen. Wenn es nicht in Deutschland verkauft werden darf, dann kann man aber diese RoW (Rest of the World) Versionen immer aktivieren. Gleiche galt schon früher für physische Versionen von Spielen.

for a real store like amazon yeah, other than that nope not even in the slightest, as i said its a grey area. key seller dont sell a product, merely gibberish (an activation code), thus they dont need age verification, but this might be just for a matter of time untill the governmant figures this out

es besteht ein großer unterschied zwischen fehlender usk-einstufung und indizierung!

der besitz ist allemal erlaubt, ja, ABER:

fehlende usk-einstufung:
- spiel wurde nicht zur prüfung eingereicht oder ist ohne altersfreigabe
- verkauf an erwachsene weiterhin erlaubt
- kein werbeverbot, kann öffentlich beworben werden

indizierung:
- spiel auf jugendschutzliste (bpjm)
- verkauf nur unter der ladentheke an erwachsene
- öffentliches werbe- und ausstellungsverbot
- keine aufführung in öffentlichen medien

nicht dasselbe wie tatsächliches Spielen, aber falls es jemanden interessiert: Ich habe auf meinem YT-Kanal Boss Complex ein komplettes Durchspielen mit deutscher Stimme und Untertiteln aufgezeichnet. Es ist schade, dass der Verkauf des Spiels in Deutschland verboten wurde.
