Rotolo mod when

without them adding new voice lines how fast would it possibly be with for someone to create a mod

Considering the script is mostly the same, and the game is probably using the RE engine ala the Resident Evil remakes, and those games have had wild mods like a total re-dubbing of Ada & Wesker in RE4, I'm sure we'll get the original voices ported over very quickly.

Even if they give him new voice lines.. These days you can use AI to add Rotolo on the new lines and have the whole game modded with Rotolo in.

Eh... it's pretty frowned upon, I think modding is the only time where I wouldn't care too much about AI use, but I still don't like it and would prefer either the new lines be missing, or just dubbed over by an imitator, it'd also just be rude to someone like T.J. who probably wouldn't like his voice being used without him getting paid for it or giving any permission for it.

I want the old voice actors back in the game but, I wish that there was a way to contact the original voice actors to make a mod with the modders who want to help them create it. That way, we don't have to worry about modders using Artificial Intelligence in that situation. They did it with Krystal's original voice actor to replace Alyx Vance in Half-Life 2. I don't know anyone who could get in contact with Terence J. Rotolo, TJ Storm and Laura Napoli

Terence J. Rotolo and TJ Storm are union (SAG-AFTRA) actors. The SAG-AFTRA actors are on strike for protections against AI. There was a law that ways passed in California (recently) that protects companies from using AI against the actors' permission and without compensating the actor that they're using AI for. The law protects those actors as well after they pass away. I hope that the law gets passed in all 50 states.
