Maybe a dentist

I think a dentist could be good as a perk. Basically he starts with one medical skill and one strength. He has an option when bandits attack that is him/her yelling ''I'M A DENTIST!!!'' and that could either scare the bandits into retreat or make them kill the dentist and leave the group alone because they are scared of dentists. They also start with one food and one med becuase of the toothpaste is edible and floss could be used as a bandage.
