Bug or Feature? Everyone is El Satan?

So, if you give a custom character both Ex-Wrestler and Grappler, they gain the ability to pick up and throw standing zombies. However, by doing this, it automatically changes their body to El Satan as well.

Not sure if this was intended or not, but I'd prefer to use my selected outfit for my character. I want to see zombies being tossed around by a girl in a nice dress.

It appears to be intentional, the scripting specifically applies it to the character when they have that combination.

This can actually be fairly easily disabled, though. Open perkdef.df in Notepad or some other text editor, and Ctrl+F for "8 <- chara .specialbody!" without quotes. Comment that line out by adding two //s to the left of it, like the line above it. To reverse, simply remove the //s you added. Make sure to back it up in case something goes wrong!
