How do I use medical supplies?
My team has one medical supply and someone who is low on health, but I can't figure out how to use the meds to heal them.

same here, but somtimes my characters just use the med kits themselves, dont know how to trigger it

Basically they do it when they rest, or no other events are triggered

as above said, it happens once per day, in my experience, only when you have wounded, and 2 medical supplies per character.

yeah, but i have also noticed that if you have a good or really good medic sometimes they can heal 2 people with only 2 meds or all inujuries (at any level) witht 2 kits per person, tahts just something i have observed

To add to this I had a character that was able to heal without any kits at all.

Yes right now it happens "at the end of the day" usually during camp events etc. We may make this more explicit down the road.

It would be nice to actually be able to stop the car ourselves to rest/eat/heal.
I wouldnt want to drive all day with some untreated zombie bites

They'll heal themselves either on the road, or at the end of the day. How many meds they need to actually heal though depends on their medical skill, for instance, a character with 0 medical uses 4 medical supplies to heal one point of health (and sometimes makes things WORSE instead.) Sometimes when healing, that character's medical skill might increase, meaning they use up less meds to heal. Having a good docter is really nice, since they can use only 1 medical unit to heal severel wounds, and someone with a maxed medical skill can sometimes heal someone anyway if you don't have any meds.

Trader camps with campfires allow you to stay there for a day and check wounds, removing tiredness (as any other event that ends a day does,) and healing party members.

It takes one medkit to heal someone only if you have someone on the top two levels in medical

It automatically heals each day unless you don’t have enough
