The developers will try to implement Steam Workshop in another update, but not soon.
Probably a few months
no coding is needed if you just want to add some cloth & hats, you just need to add in the image in 8.5mm*8.5mm format into GFX image
But every Item has their own code, geenrated by the gaeme. Their's no way I could tell how it works, Just Try and you'll get the point XDD【
BTW My friend is updating the file on his drive
So wait a moment if you can't download File

I try my best to make my mod don't break the game balance,
So in fact, these weapons are not so violent XD
Can I repost these gifs on the rocketcat twitter?
Paladin Danse: I answered this elsewhere but in short, you have to increase each spritesheet only vertically, and by set amounts. The cell sizes have to be kept the same. So if the spritesheet is composed of a 32x32 grid, then you have to increase its size by multiples of 32.
I should make a modding forum soon!
