What do I do when someone's tooth hurts?
I said "I used to be a dentist" but it decreased the character's morale to the lowest level, causing him to betray the group and steal absolutely everything.

Pull it out = One Stat
I used to be a Dentist! = Another Stat
I saw this in a cartoon! = Yet Another Stat

Just pick the one that's your highest and hope it doesn't do any damage.
