The mobile version is smaller.

but aren't they the same overall content wise?

I meant screen-wise

The PC version is probably easier to mod, as well. I saw a thread not that long ago requesting iOS modding support, so that's my guess.

That said, I'm pretty sure the base games are pretty much the same. I've never played the mobile version but I've seen threads by people with the mobile version and advice from PC players helping, so yeah.

Base game and contents is the same. However, content updates always go to the PC version first.

Mod support is really difficult on iOS. If/when we do more mod stuff for the PC version, iOS probably won't get it.

iOS version is essentially the same version, except we set touch_control_support to "1". This changes the controls menu to be for touchscreens instead, and changes the red robot info text a little so it doesn't mention Steam. That's about it, really, though I may be missing some little things.

Content-wise it's the same, though I do plan on eventually doing a special joke event for the iOS version specifically.

@rocketcatgames is that a build flag or can you set it at runtime? i'm playing on an Asus Chromebook C203 and i notice that i'm unable to get touch screen clicks to register from the Steam version

It's a runtime check I think. It doesn't apply to touchscreen monitors, so I don't think it applies to Chromebooks versus mobile.
