I bought this game not too long ago, been having a blast dying over and over. I recently had an epic run though.
*Potential Spoilers?*

Started with two custom characters, and I haven't upgraded their stats yet. They were completely basic. Ended up finding somewhere around 30 food the first day, as well as a good Machete and a Handgun.
After that, I picked up a random game made character because he forced himself into my car. He came with some Molotovs, and I also got him a Shotgun I had found.

Then it gets crazy. From the sky, Thor sends a Valkyrie to aid me on my quest. She is pretty OP. I end up going to a graveyard, and Death himself boosts one of my original guy's stats, before promptly dieing to the incoming hoard.
I actually make it to the border of Canada before we all die at once; I think it was the final battle, too. Last hoard at the least.

What kind of luck have you had in YOUR runs of Death Road to Canada? I haven't even gotten close to Canada since this run.

I once had a run where, every time I was about to run out of gas, I'd get an event that gave me a lot. Rescue someone? They offer 70 gas as a reward. Siege? It's at the gas station! I also managed to avoid total breakdowns by jumping on ABL opportunities for new cars. This meant ZERO walking events, which is GREAT.

Lost at the city of shattered dreams, but it was a dang good run.

Wow. Losing the car wasn't terrible? How often does THAT happen!?

I had completed my previous game with 1 toilet to go until Toilet Genie, so I got a ton of extra food from the very beginning of the game. Later, I found the secret location Toilet Heaven and was able to open the requisite number of toilets a second time. I ended up getting to the final trade outpost with over 80 food, and with other things that happened, ~500 pistol bullets, a full AK clip and a half of rifle ammo, a chainsaw stocked with 150 gas. Bought a claymore at the end and made mincemeat of the last few sieges.

I was in marathon mode and found 200 food and got 30 medical supplies.

It happened a few minutes ago, but I found a fort with 40 food in it along with an uzi, chainsaw, and an AK-47. Our car ran out of gas and things went poorly, we all survived that and got another car. During that misadventure, the game said that one person died 3 times, and they lived. It was all too good to be true, until everyone died on the final siege because I lost my chainsaw.

Alvis, Roller Girl, Witch Cat and Rambeux - first time I ditched my first two custom characters. Looted auto-shotgun, chainsaw, various other goodies around the halfway mark. Was so powerful I headed to two fully zerged Marts and was farting around with over 300 gas, about 60+ food etc etc

First time I got to Canada without losing a single character, thus netting Cat/4x cheevos and another one I forgot.

In Marathon on day 8, since I got a lot of rifle ammos (around 300) and otherwise worthless weapons, I decide to buy a minigun at the rifle trader. I end with 9 foods after the trade, then 1 after a camping night.

The next event ? Always be Lootin' include an "Untouched Grocery store"

Deadlier Road 2 days from Canada with a chainsaw, zweihander, ak47. Can't lose, right? I go into a mission and it is literally packed with zombies. I can't even get off a hit because they're just on me right at the entrance door.

one time I was doing rare characters mode with my irritating fit character: Duk and every opertunity I could say cool it I did and then I got cool it!!! options that let me get a bunch of free stuff from bandits, traders everyone and then I hit a untouched grocery store that has over 80 food in it right after I get the cold steel great sword and I survive all the way to the end never picking up anybody also no one died in my run so I got 2 cheevos

Found the firelink sword, it was great, died in blazing glory.

Currently doing a run with a shooting based character and a medic. Happened to get lucky to pick up a mechanic. Now getting up to 90 food from events and grocery stores. Can't wait to see how I mess this one up.

EDIT: made it all the way to the last seige, but with a lack of bullets so didn't make it to Canada lol.
