Veterans Hall?

I'm a big fan of this game!! Question. Or rather, a statement. Veterans Hall is locked to one copy per game?! For dozens of tries, I've NEVER gotten more than one copy. Why? If you aren't banning cards, your pool of possible cards is going to be quite large. And if you want a single card of that large pool, that's like a repeated 3% chance. It's possible, just very unlikely.

It does have the unique tag indeed, can’t get it twice in a deck

That is not true. I played 2 copies of Military hospital which also has Unique tag.

It is unique indeed, wasn’t the case when it initially launched but it was made unique in a subsequent patch.

Being able to collect a second copy is a bug, don’t know why that happened

If we are talking about Military hospital, then I can confirm to use 2 copies of it in multiple runs with different factions.

Oh right, I've added the word Unique on it when the Military Hospital isn't actually unique.
