Performance?

Hi, is this game supposed to place such heavy loads on PC? I have Ryzen 5800X CPU, 16 GB Ram and 3070Ti, I play at 3440x1440 res with fps capped at 60. One thing I don't understand is how is 2D game able to make my GPU reach 90+ degrees. This game puts more load on my PC than Space Marine 2, Does anyone else experience this?

The game isn’t 2D and can be quite demanding indeed because it displays many unique models at once with dynamic lighting
