Where's the Boathouse?

I have 2 missions left for the North, the only one I can view is 'use the boathouse to reduce 4 enemy units'. I can't see a boathouse anywhere on the tech tree. Where is it hiding?

That would be referring to the faction-restricted building, which you have to unlock via another quest for the North. If you can see the quest, then you've already unlocked it.

Indeed, the elusive boathouse - the "'use the boathouse to reduce 4 enemy units" faction quest is the only one I have lefe, tech tree is completed, yet no matter how many times I run through all 3 acts with the North, no boathouse ever appears in any of my start decks or even as a card offer at victory of from a guild..

The only advice I can offer is to use the Draft trial mode (which lets you pick a bunch of cards right at the start) and then restart if it doesn't appear. And make sure you aren't getting rid of river tiles.

Some cards only appear after a certain point. So they can be difficult to find.

I started New Game and only did the 1st mission. Keep rerolling till you get the Boathouse and if you didn't start New Run and do the same thing. Rince and repeat till you get it. It took me about 5 restarts till I got one. Good luck

One of the events(?) on the map is a rally point I think it's called (get HP or a card) that one offers faction specific cards only. There's only 4 faction specific card for The North, so you have a 75% chance to get it there. I picked it up there no problem.

For clarification, it doesn't offer only cards exclusive to the faction but also some that synergize pretty well with them

Hm, I might be misremembering then, could've sworn they were all snowy. Same difference though, I have everything unlocked and there were only 4 buildings in the pool, so faction specific or not, it's a 75% chance :)

Thanks everyone for their help, I did as suggested and found it after a few goes with the draft challenge.
