faction explanations

i don't see a place to go look up what the factions do. i realize there is a brief explanation when they are introduced but it is not sufficient.

The Order is the only faction that has interactions beyond their faction specific cards, and the crusaders menu is very clearly labelled. The encyclopedia is horrible to navigate but gives you an introduction to the general idea of each faction (except the Dutchy).
