OMSI 2 is simply a disaster. It’s probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a bus simulator. Let’s start with optimization – or rather, the lack of it. No matter how powerful your PC is, the game runs like a slideshow, as if you're trying to run it on a laptop from 2005. The FPS drops are so severe at times that you feel like time itself has stopped.

The graphics are terrible. It came out in 2013, but it looks like a game from 2005 could easily surpass it. The textures are blurry, the objects are poorly detailed, and the whole city feels empty, as if you're driving through a post-apocalyptic world.

The interface and controls feel like the developers intentionally wanted people to suffer. The menus are confusing, the settings are chaotic, and most of the time you have no idea what you're doing. Mods do try to salvage the game, but what’s the point when the base game itself is garbage?

Overall, OMSI 2 is a buggy, outdated, and insanely frustrating game. If you're in the market for a truly terrible bus simulator, it's perfect for you. But for anyone who actually wants to enjoy a game, I strongly recommend staying far, far away.
