Rust+ server offline

I am playing EU Facepunch 1 and it is named as offline in rust+(it is connected to rust+ and the app shows that it is offline), however It works perfectly fine without any problems. I have reinstalled app twice, nothing changed, I reloaded my phone - nothing changed.
