Disconnected: unresponsive
When I join any server I am able to run around for about 5-20 seconds before getting disconnected with the error 'Disconnected: Unresponsive'. During this time I can see people typing in the chat and I can also type, but I can't see replies due to disconnecting.

I can move around but when I hit trees I don't get any wood or my torch makes the light sound but doesn't light. I can open inventory. I have also had a couple times where I can't wake up.

I've tried looking for help but nothing, multiple others posts with no damn answers. Please can I get some help with this.

Yes I've tried re installing, verifying, restarting all those thigns to no avail

I have been able to connect to a severs (with exception) by turning off Hamachi, UnBlockUs and any other items that may change you internet behaviour.

Hope this helps.
it helped me, but i deleted Hamachi completely

I am still having this issue. The only way i have found to get back into the server is to get a friend (or some thief) to take the map from my body and I can then rejoin the server. this means we are stuck playing without a map which puts us at a major disadvantage but is still playable at least. Having the map in my inventory doesnt crash but as soon as its in my belt (active) is when it kicks me. I do wonder what fps everyone is playing at as I thought maybe having the map working (especially initially) may lower it so much that our session becomes unresponsive. I am playing at around 22-30 fps, pretty bad but playable.

use a VPN to avoid this issue (I used the one built in to my antivirus Avast) worked 100%

Contacted facepunch about issue which they appear to have dealt with quickly

Face punch studios has provided a fix (for experimental tho I haven't tested dev or legacy yet) just update rust now and you will not have this issue

if you do still have this problem please let me know so it can be sorted out

I had this same issue before the update, but I still have it now too. :( Used a VPN but my trial ended so now it's back to the same issue.

So my fix was to remove the map from my belt (have someone take it off me). it has worked absolutely for the associated "disconnected: unresponsive" issue. however I now still cant use a map or it will kick me within a few seconds after placing it in my belt.
I have looked up and tried lots of "fixes" but none have worked yet.
It also does the same thing when I try to paint on signs which is extremely sad for me :(
In the sign painting case I can click on paint and can draw something, i can even press save and it will show up in my cache but as soon as i press update the game becomes unresponsive and shuts down within a few seconds.
I have learned to live without the map by using http://playrust.io in my browser, I can get a map for the server there anyway just without being able to draw on it. But seriously I soooo want to draw lol. my friend does the drawing for me and she's SOOO bad at it haha
pls help

just adding to my last post, forget it being any programs you have installed, i just bought a brand new laptop (macbook pro). the first thing i did was install steam and rust to check if it was programs i had installed htat had interfered. I still cant use map, draw on signs and now cant craft the steam items that ive earned. I am no longer laughing at this, this is crap. I cant even show my items in chat to buyers.
The next thing i tried was making a new profile on my new untouched mac pro and re-buying steam but the new profile had the same issue. bigger willy (yay) but same crap :(. can someone at least tell me where I report this? other than here cause i think im may just be wasting my time. I now have 752 hours on this game just in the last 2 months, yes i know addiction but I am coming close to quitting now if they are not going to look after me.

Have this problem since January.. Been in contact with my ISP but they're not much of help, as they say the problem is not on their side.
Im living in Turkey (ISP Superonline)
@s.menzies how did you get in contact with Facepunch about this issue? I've been reading and posting on various forums (including facepunch.com) to no avail :(
