1. Go to "\SteamApps\common\Rust\EasyAntiCheat".
2. Launch file "EasyAntiCheat_Setup.exe".
3. Chose "Uninstall" and chose "Rust" from the game list. Then press Next and Finish.
4. Launch the file again.
5. Chose "Install" and chose "Rust" from the game list. Then press Next and Finish.
6. Launch the game.
If you click the "EasyAntiCheat_Setup.exe" file and nothing happen, you must go to Steam and execute the "Game Files Integrity Check" (I don't know how to say it in English). Then, you will be able to launch the file.
I have to do this SH*T every time I play. Facepunch do something about it, the game is in Early Access but it doesn't mean that you have to be a damn Enginer to even launch it!!
