He should have more then enough ram to run it but I have a feeling it might be installed wrong or be an os issue.
Hello Astromac,
The problem is caused by 32bit Windows, it can only use 3 GB max of RAM, even with 16 GB installed.
You need to upgrade to 64bit Windows to use all of your RAM and fix the crash.
basically if you have this bug upgrade your os or you're gonna have to deal
Edit: / if you already have a 64 bit OS then your issue isnt exactly the same as this one
