Sprinting is completely disabled and I can't fix it. Ruins gameplay.

I bought RUST yesterday. I was having loads of fun until all of a sudden my sprint (Left + Shift) button stopped working. I'm incapable of sprinting now. I've tried rebinding it, reinstalling the game, switching servers, restarting my pc, committing suicide, and I keybinded one of the buttons on my razer mouse which still refuses to activate a sprint. Please someone help, I'm incapable of exploring and/or gathering supplies because I cannot run from anything at all! Everything was working fine and then the sprint function ceased to work. I've spent $20 on this game that I've played for 4-5 hours only to find it unplayable because of a silly sprint feature breaking on me.

I am also having this issue. Sprint initially worked fine, then I rebound a few buttons (including that), and now it just won't work at all, no matter if I try to bind it back to shift again, or another key, or reinstall the game or anything else I've tried.

ok have you tried this= ok so when you click play, there will be a mini screen saying all the stuff like graphics quality and then u click play and it plays. u should see an "input" sign up top. click that. all the controls should pop up. scroll down to the sprint key. click it. and click the key you want to replace it with. then switch it back and try that. if that does not work then just swtich it to a different key and keep it like that. hope it helps!! :) :) :)
