no respawn at sleeping bag?

every server ive played in I have never respawned at my sleeping bag, no way it was destroyed or anything (one time I had 3 and it still didn't show the option after death), I mean it happened atleast 3 different times in different servers. it makes the game a waste of time if you always have to start over

you need to press respawn at camp
