stuck on receiving data

alright this is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ rust has been working fine for me for over a 1000 hours i have moved states and all this worked fine now i moved back and this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ receiving data will not load i have tried f1 killing i have tried leaving before receiving data and all that it was just working fine yesterday and i log on to play and it was so dumb it kept crashing, timing out, anti cheating, etc. then i fix all of that "luckly" and now i try to finally load in after 3 almost 4 hours of fixing rust being tard then i fix it all by restarting and fixing my internet connection nothing much the problem is that after loading it works all fine loads quick then it gets to receiving data and it will sit there for a bit and will either time out or do nothing for over 10 to 20 minutes you guys really need to fix this and if anyone knows how to please comment or if i could reach out to tech support to fix it pls help. Pls fix.

Update: I know how to fix it it can be 1 of the 2 things for me, it was that anti cheat was installed incorrectly how i fixed that is go to library click on rust then the gear icon. Then you want to click on properties then click on installed files. Then you will see verify this games files are installed correctly. Then right next to that you want to click verify integrity of game files and it will fix itself. If that doesn't work you want to Ethernet to your modem and for me I don't have access to the modem but if you do just Ethernet it to it and if your like me and cant get access to it buy a WiFi repeater then just Ethernet it from WiFi repeater to your computer.
