Official Servers not showing

Modded servers and community show, but only a couple face punch servers show up and they are all eu servers. I've tried uninstall reinstall, using cache and without cache, verify game files, restarting router, waiting to see if more servers appear. This happened right after force wipe on the second. I am currently trying another installation but has anyone encountered this problem and has been able to fix it. I've scoured the internet and Reddit and have not been able to find a fix so far. I do not want to play easy core modded for the rest of the time I play rust. Ip connections are possible but if something is broken I cant let it stay broken, its an itch I cant seem to scratch so some help, suggestions and or guidance would be greatly appreciated. thank you

Edit: Just found out that when my friend has cache off he has the same official servers listings that I do (6-7 servers) but when he turns it on its normal (150+ servers). Where as when I turn it no I get no server listings for all the categories official, modded, and community. but when I have it on modded and community work its the other officials I am not getting I don't think its a firewall issue anymore. Does anyone know why that is happening?

Edit 2: Ok so kinda sorta found a short term fix for what I got. de selected all filters. select all filters except for tutorial server and use cache, then refresh servers, then deselect all filters except for show empty and show full and regional, by the time you deselect the last mode filter, all existing servers modded, community, and official popped up in the official category. So to fix a bug I created/ found a new one, Great, this "fix" if u can even call it that was not permanent and if u clear a filter restart, your game, or refresh servers again you will have to redo the re selecting and deselecting again. What I have figured out though is that rust will sometimes favorite servers I have never seen before but they wont show up in my list, and that official servers that are Favorited after they show up in the long list of every server in the game, will stay favorited in the favorites category. To be honest I don't know how I even found this "fix" or "bug" or what ever but if anyone knows of a way to fix the first issue and now this new one please let me know. everything I have tried so far hasn't worked

TLDR: Found a bug, found a fix that happened to be another bug, need another fix.
